You can use the search and look for a topic that interests you or you can pick and choose a fiction or non-fiction article that captures your imagination. You can also search by curriculum level (Level 3 is Year 5 and 6, Level 4 is Year 7 and 8).
Tips for parents
The School Journal series are a range of non-fiction and fiction texts targeted at years 4 - 8. You will see that you can download the text as a pdf, you can listen to the text or view the teacher activities. There are a number of ideas that accompany each piece you may like to encourage your child to explore a little deeper or you too might like to involve yourself in the learning too.
